Patrick  J. Goggins represents project owners, developers, architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors as a construction lawyer, as well as other clients as a commercial litigator.  His clients include public and private entities, individuals and large corporations.

Formerly of  Steel Hector & Davis, LLP, Patrick J. Goggins earned his law degree at Marquette University  Law School where he was a Janz Scholar and an associate editor of the law review.  He received his bachelors degree from the University of Maryland.

Goggins is a member of the Florida Bar, the Wisconsin Bar, the American Bar Association, and the Federal Communications Bar Association.
